Who it suits

Good fit if

  • You want a consultation with a licensed provider, with a call you can schedule, at the start.
  • You want one platform that also covers other treatments, such as hair loss or sexual health.
  • You like a monthly program fee that includes clinician access and pharmacy counselling.
  • You would rather have medication delivered than pick it up.
  • You are comfortable managing your care through an online portal and messages.

Less suited if

  • You want one monthly price that includes the medication.
  • You want a published follow-up schedule or scheduled visits as part of the program.
  • You want coaching or a dietitian built into the plan.
  • You need to know before signing up whether your province is served, since MyRocky does not list provinces on the pages we read.

We read MyRocky’s weight loss page and FAQ on 3 October 2026. This page explains how the service works as MyRocky publishes it. The comparison table and provider card carry the same ten fields we record for every provider.

How sign-up works

MyRocky describes three steps: create a profile, choose your products, and receive delivery. For prescription medication you complete an online medical questionnaire covering your history, conditions and current medications, and verify your identity with government ID. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether you are a suitable candidate.

On its weight loss page, MyRocky describes a first consultation with a licensed provider, a prescription if you are eligible, and a chance to ask questions before it is issued. You can schedule a call by messaging your prescriber through your account. MyRocky says its team includes doctors, nurse practitioners and pharmacists, but it does not say which of them writes a weight loss prescription.

What is included and what costs extra

MyRocky splits the cost into an initial consultation fee and a monthly charge. The monthly charge combines the cost of the medication with a program fee. MyRocky says the program fee includes access to clinicians, new prescriptions and pharmacy counselling. Current amounts and the date we last confirmed them are in the provider card, not in this text.

The FAQ mentions that blood tests help your clinician understand your needs. The pages we read do not say whether a blood test is required before a prescription, so we have not recorded a lab requirement. MyRocky does not publish a follow-up schedule either. It says you have access to your clinician and the pharmacy team through the portal.

On insurance, MyRocky tells you to ask your insurer and offers an invoice for reimbursement. Whether a plan pays for a given drug is covered in our coverage guides.

How your medication arrives

Approved prescriptions are filled by MyRocky Pharmacy in Mississauga, Ontario, and delivered to your door. MyRocky says delivery is free and discreet, and its weight loss page says medication usually arrives within one to two business days, sometimes longer depending on where you live. You can track your order from your account.

Where it is available and what we have not confirmed

MyRocky has a page titled “Service across Canada”, but the version we read does not list provinces, so we have not recorded a province list. Ask before you sign up if you live outside Ontario.

We classify MyRocky as a multi-service platform: one account covers weight loss, sexual health, hair loss, mental health and more. It has its own pharmacy, which gives it some features of a pharmacy program, but the account and assessment are organized around the platform. Read the care models guide and the providers overview to compare it with other services, or see our methodology for how we check.

This page is not a recommendation and not medical advice. Ask a prescriber or pharmacist whether a GLP-1 is appropriate for you.
