Terms of use

The terms for using getglp1.ca, including that we give information not medical advice, are not a pharmacy or clinic, and how partner links and prices work.

Effective 3 October 2026.

By using getglp1.ca (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Information, not medical advice

The site provides information about medication prices, insurance coverage and telehealth providers in Canada. It is not medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for advice from a licensed prescriber or pharmacist who knows your health history. Never start, stop or change a medication based on this site. See our medical disclaimer.

We’re not a pharmacy, clinic or insurer

We don’t prescribe, sell or dispense medication, provide health care, or decide insurance claims. Any care or medication you get comes from a provider or pharmacy you choose, under its own terms.

Prices and coverage

Prices and coverage rules change often. Every figure shows the date we checked it, and we work to keep figures current, but a pharmacy may charge you a different amount and your plan may decide differently. Confirm the price with the pharmacy and coverage with your plan before you rely on it.

Some links earn us a commission (see how we make money). Sites we link to are run by others; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, services, prices or privacy practices.

Using our content

You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit to getGLP1 and the page’s check date. Copying our price tables or pages in bulk, or scraping the site, isn’t allowed without written permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including decisions about medication, providers or insurance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived, including under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [PROVINCE TO CONFIRM] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
