Corrections policy
When we get something wrong, we fix it, date the fix and say what changed on the page itself.

How to report an error
Email corrections@getglp1.ca with the page address, what you think is wrong and how you know. For a price, include the pharmacy, city, drug, dose, the price and the date.
What we do next
- We acknowledge your report, usually within two business days.
- We check the claim against the original source: the pharmacy, the plan document, the product monograph or the provider’s own sign-up flow.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page and add a line to its “What changed” note at the foot of the page, with the date and one sentence on what changed.
- If we were right, we tell you what we checked and when.
Provider corrections
Providers we list can ask us to correct any fact on their profile, including their care model classification. We’ll update the profile when the provider shows us the change in their published terms or sign-up flow. We don’t change how a provider is described because of a commercial relationship, and asking for a correction never affects the order we list providers in.
What counts as a correction
We log changes to facts: prices, fees, coverage status, provinces served, approved uses and profile fields. We don’t log typo fixes or layout changes.
